Allentown and Bethlehem See Mobile Payment Use Soar!
MobileNOW!, the global technology innovator with the world’s most flexible and user-friendly mobile payment for parking, has successfully expanded mobile payment in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with more than 35% revenue growth in the last twelve months!
Allentown initially leveraged the MobileNOW! platform for on-street spaces, and the new expansion consists of off-street facilities managed by the Allentown Parking Authority.
Bethlehem has seen double-digit growth in on-street locations due to area businesses, new signage and a social media campaign.
Customers can park and pay using the MobileNOW! app to manage their parking session quickly and conveniently, even extending their parking time remotely.
“We’ve seen great customer satisfaction throughout the Lehigh Valley—Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Reading,” said John Oglesby, MobileNOW! Since the initial MobileNOW! deployments in 2013, residents and visitors have continued to increase mobile payment adoption, which is now the preferred payment source for parking in the Lehigh Valley.
